Crispy Chia Cereal Flakes

by Sarah Farsh's Mom, March 28th 2021

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 8-10 tbsp water
In an oven-safe pan (or an air-frier, or dehydrator tray) stir chia seeds in water (and desired spices) and allow to soak for an hour. They will get a little gelatinous. Spread out evenly on pan or cookie sheet, and bake in oven for 300 degrees for 2-3 hrs, until water is dehydrated and pan looks golden crispy. Scrape the pan to create crispy cereal flakes and enjoy!
